PARENTS: Is it them... or is it us? Ever wonder if it’s your behavior that needs adjusting rather than your child’s?

Join us on Wednesday, September 16, from 6:30-7:45PM. Clinical Psychologist Dr. Megan Thumann and her husband, David, will be leading an honest discussion on parenting. Using their own successes and failures as examples, they’ll help us recognize when to focus on changing our own actions and reactions instead of expecting our kids to do all the changing. Come laugh, learn, and grow together!
