Elementary Coordinator

We’re on the hunt for a full-time Elementary Coordinator to help shape an engaging, welcoming environment for kids to learn about God's unconditional love for them.

In this role, you’ll be the engine behind our elementary programming—bringing weekend and midweek experiences to life with excellence and energy. From organizing the details that make everything run smoothly, to recruiting and inspiring an incredible volunteer team, you’ll play a key part in creating meaningful moments for kids every single week. You’ll also take the lead on preparing and managing curriculum, ensuring every lesson is both impactful and fun.

Essential Job Functions: (Including but not limited to)

  • Manage all details for weekend and midweek programming in the elementary environment

  • Recruit, develop, and lead elementary volunteer team

  • Obtain and manage curriculum preparation for the elementary environment

  • Coordinate with the Children’s Ministry Director and staff on yearly calendar planning

  • Participate in all events related to the mission, vision and values of Pathways Kids

  • Write and edit email communication to families regarding events, registrations and changes in schedule and programming

  • Attend monthly evening team meetings

  • Perform data entry pertaining to elementary volunteer scheduling and family updates

  • Engage in stage team teaching in elementary environment

  • Plan and implement technical programming for elementary environment

  • Lead team huddles

Qualifications, Training and Experience:

  • Spiritual maturity and commitment to a life of integrity informed by the Bible 

  • Strong communication, administrative, and leadership skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • Working knowledge of MS Office

  • Entry level desktop publishing knowledge

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task, using good time management skills

  • Experience with elementary age preferred
