Each week at Pathways, dozens of people just like you give their time to serve. Whether it’s helping kids learn about Jesus on their level at Pathways Kids, greeting first-time guests, or pitching in behind the scenes with Production, every volunteer is making a difference at Pathways!
We know you’re busy, and a million things are competing for your time. But we also know you’ll meet new friends and grow in your relationship with Jesus when you start serving.
Grow with us on Wednesday nights — every week from 6-8PM!
At Pathways, our mission is to grow in our relationship with Jesus—and we’re inviting you to grow by stepping into the life of a kid or student.
We’re looking for a team of small group leaders who are ready to be present, show up weekly and make space for faith to grow!
We have three great areas for you to serve in!
Roots | Grades 2-5
Middle School | Grades 6-8
High School | Grades 9-12

WHY SERVE?
When you use your unique spiritual gifts, passions and abilities, transformation—in our families, church and community—inevitably follows. We want to help you find your fit and give you the tools to equip you for great works of service.
“...to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up...”
— EPH. 4:12
