Jesus was the greatest teacher to ever walk the face of the earth. One of His favorite ways to teach big truths was through the use of parables. Parables are simple stories with a deep spiritual meaning. They are not myths or allegories. They help us understand abstract truths of the Kingdom of God in a concrete way. But the parables of Jesus often had an unexpected element- a plot twist. These plot twists are where we find the important truth that can change our life, if we are willing to understand what it means. Don’t miss the incredible truths that we will explore together in this sermon series.
