New year's is a time for new. New resolutions. New Start. New year to write wrong on legal documents for the first 2 months of the year. But for most of us a new year often isn't new. The old of last year carries over to the new year leaving most of us feeling absolutely drained. That regardless of what we do and change in the upcoming year the problems will remain. Like a car on the side of the road we need a Jump start.
