Stockings of Joy

This Christmas, let’s spread a little joy!

We invite you to pick up one of our 100 stockings in the church lobby, fill it with small stocking stuffers (we have a great list of approved items below), and bring it back by December 14. 

Later that week, a team of volunteers will deliver the stockings to local nursing home residents—along with Christmas carols and plenty of holiday cheer! (We’ll have more info on this soon!)

We hope that you’ll join us in this simple, meaningful way that is meant to share the love of Jesus with our community this Christmas season.

Here’s a list of approved items as you start shopping:

• Small packs of tissue 

• Toothbrush 

• Toothpaste 

• Hand cream 

• Night Light 

• Chocolate (Hershey’s chocolates, kisses, musketeers, peanut butter cups) 

• Comb 

• Word search puzzles 

• Deck of cards 

• Small solar moveable figurines 

• Adult coloring books, with colored pencils 

• Socks Small stuffed animals 

• Cute little decorations 

• Packer items 

• Body wash 

• Perfumes 

• Files (nail care) 

• Nail polish 

• After shave  

• Please – NO Sharp Objects
