Are you tired of feeling constantly “on”- busy but unfocused, connected but lonely, informed but exhausted? We live in a world that never shuts up. Notifications, pressure, outrage, and noise follow us everywhere. And most of us can feel it: something in us is worn down, distracted, and slowly burning out. What if you could step out of the chaos for a moment- not to escape life, but to reclaim it?
In our Airplane Mode series, we’ll explore ancient practices that help people slow down, quiet the noise, and reset their inner lives. These rhythms have helped ordinary people find clarity, resilience, and meaning for centuries. They create space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect- with God, with yourself, and with what actually matters. This isn’t about being more religious. It’s about learning how to live grounded, present, and whole in a world that’s constantly pulling you apart.
