Justin moved from Alabama to Appleton, WI in the summer of 2000. He and his wife Mandy (from Door County) have been married for three years and have been attending Pathways since 2012. They have two children - Tanner & Tori. Justin and Mandy enjoy being outdoors whether that's riding their Harley's, bike riding, snowmobiling, boating, or camping. They enjoy trying new foods and spending time with friends and family.
Justin and Mandy are passionate about serving... they co-host a life group, Justin serves on the Pathways Tech Team and Mandy serves in Fine Arts and Pathways Kids. Justin has worked in the automotive industry for over 21 years - starting as Lead Technician and worked his way to General Manager. In 2016, Justin switched industries and became the General Manager of Feldco Factory Direct, Northeast Wisconsin Division. He is passionate about sales and leadership and enjoys working with his hands building and fixing just about anything.
Justin leans on Joshua 1:9 "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.” For Justin this verse is such a great reminder that we always have God right there next to us no matter where we are, that's BIG! Think about the fact that we have the God of the universe right here by our side at all times! That gives him strength and courage and challenges him to do what pleases God.

“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” John 15:5 is the verse Jeff uses as a daily reminder of what we are all a part of and as long as we stay connected to God, He will use each of us for His good.
Richard and Florence Makope were married in August 1999. They moved from Zimbabwe to the USA with their three children; Audrey, Nicole and Richard Jr in January 2007. "By His hand, God has brought us thus far. Truly the Lord has been good to us- makanaka Jesu!" Romans 8:28- 39
Bruce and his wife Karen are long time residents of the Fox Valley. Bruce has been attending Pathways for the past nine years. He and Karen have both served at Pathways over the years in a variety of capacities including missions, community outreach, growth and development of staff, teaching, leading small groups, and marriage mentoring. Administration, leadership development, mentoring, and strategic planning are all areas of ministry passion that Bruce brings to the leadership team at Pathways Church. Bruce's professional career had him serving our country for 20 years in the United Stated Air Force in a variety of leadership roles, then transitioning into a career with Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin, where God transferred his leadership from his head to his heart. Although he and his wife are currently retired from the corporate world, their heart for outreach, desire to do God's work and advance His Kingdom keep them plenty busy.
Worldy things make us worry, God's love assures us...2 Corinthians 4:18 says, So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. For Bruce, this passage speaks life into his desire to help guide Pathways into the next generation.

Chris is passionate to partner with parents in leading their children in a growing relationship with Jesus. He continues to develop strong leaders and becomes energized when empowering adults and students to lead. In addition, Chris is excited to witness next generation expansion to God’s Kingdom and supply children with the necessary steps to have a growing relationship with Christ.
Chris enjoys family nights, sports, music and summer time! Proverbs 3:5-6 NLT “Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek His will in all you do, and He will show you which path to take.” For Chris, this passage has been a stronghold, as he navigates God’s divine plans for him and seeks God’s wisdom in everything he does.
Pathways Church is Lead Pastor led and Board governed. The Board will govern with an emphasis on servant leadership, overall vision, openness to express divergent viewpoints, clear distinction between Board and Lead Pastor’s roles, collective decision, and being future focused and proactive.
